The company, taking technology and talents as the driving force for the development, has successively built the CNAS national recognized laboratory, provincial technical center and provincial engineering technology research center, established strategic partnership with many universities in the province, introduced and trained talents through establishing postdoctoral workstations and production, education and research bases, and formed necessary innovation bases for disciplines such as mechanics, machinery, polymers, etc. Based on the high-end market, world-class production devices from Italy, Japan, Germany, etc. have been introduced. We have taken the lead in adopting a series of advanced process systems such as ARP adhesive preparation system, three composite production lines, and all-steel hydraulic vulcanizers to develop 41 technology patents with independent intellectual property rights, including 3 invention patents, 7 utility models, and 31 appearance design patents. In addition, we have successively passed the national compulsory 3C certification, US DOT certification and other management system certification, and completed the approval for Green Tire Label by the China Rubber Industry Association, becoming one of the all-steel tire enterprises that first obtained the “China Tire Label”.
